    International Conference of Young Geographers<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This is a collaborative effort of the Department of Geography, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka Association of Geographers (SLAG) and the International Geographical Union (IGU). This collaboration intends to encourage the young scholars in the field to disseminate new research findings and increase their interest for publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Monthly Seminar Series<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      A seminar will be conducted with an invited speaker every month focusing on different ideologies or fields related to geography. The series is expected to commence from the month of January 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

        GIS Day<\/strong><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        This is an opportunity for the\u00a0 undergraduates of the department to <\/span>showcase their\u00a0 GIS and RS based research findings.<\/span><\/p>\n
