The Department of Geography at the University of Colombo, one of the oldest academic institutions of its kind in Sri Lanka, remains at the forefront of exploring these evolving global trends. In recognition of the critical issues facing contemporary society, the Department is pleased to announce its intention to host an international research conference. This research conference will serve as a platform for discussing innovative solutions, mitigation strategies, and sustainable research frameworks aimed at conserving the planet’s dwindling natural resources and protecting its threatened biodiversity.<\/span><\/p>\n
