Submissions will open from Thursday, <strong>February 10, 2022<\/strong>, for single paper presentations, panels, and round tables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The theme for this year\u2019s symposium is <strong>Contemporary Uncertainties in South Asian Societies<\/strong>. We invite abstracts related to all countries of South Asia across a diverse range of disciplines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The Symposium is scheduled to meet in-person on <strong>September 8 and 9, 2022<\/strong>, at the premises of the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo. However, depending on the public health situation in the country the organizers may shift to an online mode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Abstracts are accepted in English, Sinhala, and
