“Motivation Talks” – A Series of Guest talks to Disabled Students of FAO/UOC by CEREP
As a service to the disabled students of Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo, CEDREP has initiated a series of guest talks to improve their motivation and develop their leadership qualities and skills in parallel with their studies. Ultimate objective of this kind of activities is to make them independent.
The first talk of the series was held on 05th September, 2023 at 2.30 pm and the guest speaker was Mr. Dhamma Dissnayake, a prominent speaker in the country and a senior lecturer of Department of Political Science, FAO. He was talking on “Beauty of Difference and Accept It”.
It was an excellent experience for the disabled students of FAO and all of them enjoyed it.
The activity will be conducted once in two weeks. Some highlights are given below.
