The workshop was organized by the Department under the guidance of the Head of the Department Dr.P.N.Peiris on 21.01.2022 at the Faculty Premises. The main resource person was Emeritus Professor Jayadewa Uyangoda and the purpose of this workshop was to provide postgraduate students with research knowledge and to discuss the existing name ‘Postgraduate Workshop’ to the notice.
The Department conducts Advanced Certificate Course in Politics & Governance, with a special focus on public servants, politicians and anyone interested in politics & governance. Interviews were conducted on March 09, 2022 at the Faculty Board Room. Thirty candidates participated in the interviews and were interviewed by the Head of Department and other senior lecturers.
