Best Presenter – 3rd International Conference of Climate Change (ICCC 2019) – Ms. K.L.W.I. Gunathilake
Ms. K.L.W.I. Gunathilake, a final year undergraduate who is following the Special Degree in Geography from Department of Geography, University of Colombo participated in 3rd International Conference of Climate Change – ICCC 2019, which was held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia on 21st and 22nd February 2019.
She presented a paper titled ‘Assessing household carbon emission and the driving factors: a case study in Balangoda Divisional Secretariat Division’. The conference consisted of six technical sessions and she became the best presenter in the session ‘Assessing the impact to climate change’ by competing with 10 presenters came from different countries around the world including India, Brazil, Malaysia, China and Bangladesh.
