50th Death Anniversary Seminar of Professor Senarath Paranavitana - 04th Oct.

The Department of Sinhala organized a Seminar on 4th October 2022, 2.00 pm at the Senate Hall, College House to commemorate the 50th death anniversary of Professor Senarath Paranavithana with the presence of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo.  The students following the MA in Sinhala program, Sinhala Honours degree program and other invitees from the Dept of Archaeology participated at the event.   Emeritus Professor J. B Disanayaka, Emeritus Professor Nimal De Silva and Senior Professor Anura Manatunga , Director of General Archaeology delivered commemorative lectures. This event was organized in collaboration with the Department of Archaeology.
