1. Pay Rs. 1,500 to People’s Bank – Account No. 304 028 100 006, University of Colombo.

Payment methods:

• Bank counter (cash deposit), OR

  → Select Application Fee – Post Graduate – Faculty of Arts
  → Enter 304 028 100 006 as Payment Reference

2. Save proof of payment (bank slip/online receipt).
3. Complete the online application form: https://forms.gle/o7XF5d489rNMSMJt5
   • Upload the payment slip/receipt (with applicant’s name) and submit.
4. Note: The application fee is non-refundable.
5. Applications must be submitted online only.

• A placement test will be conducted to determine your course level.
• Details of the test (date, time, index number) will be sent to you by email.
• Absentees will not be considered for admission.

1. Pay the course fee (account number will be provided after the placement test results).
2. On the first day of the course, submit the following at the Extension Courses in English Office:
   • Bank receipts (application fee & course fee)
   • One passport-size photograph
