Dr Harinda Vidanage – Director @BCISLKA, Researcher on International Relations & Cyberpolitics, Mr. Jagath Wallewatte – Senior Lecturer, Department of Sociology, University of Colombo, Author & Social Researcher and Mr. Nalaka Gunawardena – Science Writer, Tech Watcher & Media Analyst were the panelists in this discussion.
