“Protect Environment: Protect Life” – Cleaning Campaign at ‘Sri Pada’
The Department of Geography, University of Colombo organized a cleaning campaign at “SriPada” under the theme of “Protect Environment : Protect Life” which also related to the sustainable development goals.
The main purpose of this project was to make our surrounding environment more clean, pleasant and healthy for all living beings. The project took place on 07th and 08th of January 2017 starting from Ratnapura entrance. There were Academic staff, non-academic staff and students representing all years taking part in this event.
