Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts
Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu was appointed as the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo from 16th January 2021.
Prof. Manawadu obtained his Bachelor’s degree (Geography Special) in 1985 from University of Colombo, MSc in Geo-informatics in 1995 from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)-Thailand and PhD in 2010 from university of Colombo.
He was the Head of the Department of Geography and currently holding the Chair position in the Department of Geography.
