Inauguration Ceremony of the Chinese Language Courses for Sri Lanka Police
The Inauguration Ceremony of the Chinese Language Courses conducting for Sri Lanka Police -2022 / 2nd and 3rd Batches was successfully held on the 13th January, 202必利勁
3 at the National Police Academy- Attidiya, Rathmalana.
The Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu, the Counsellor Chinese Embassy Mr. Wang Keqi, Deputy Inspector General of Police and the Executive Director of the National Police Acadamy Mr. Priyantha Chandrasiri, Senior Superintendent of Police, Mr. B.S Thisera, Assistant Superintendent of Police Mr. J.W. Kottahachchi, Chief Inspector of Police and Officer in Charge, Mr. T. Duminda De Silva, Sri Lankan Director of CIUC Dr. Anuththaradevi Widyalankara, and the academic staff of the CIUC were participated at this gracious occasion.
In his speech, Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu, the Dean Faculty of Arts emphasized the importance of learning a foreign language in the present global cont犀利士
ext and he mentions that it will be a better solution to curb prevailing youth unemployment in the country. All the invitees expressed their gratitude towards the CIUC and they all have a strong expectation towards developing the avenues of enhancing Chinese language education and the promotion of the Culture.
Certificates were awarded to qualifiers of the Chinese Language Proficiency Test (HSK) belonged to the Vocational Chinese Language 1st batch 2022 at the Inauguration Ceremony. The Chinese Embassy of Sri Lanka donated a set of books of a collaborative authorship of the Chinese Director-CIUC, Prof. Ma Zhongwu to the National Police Academy.
