Launching of 'ගුත්තිල කාව්‍යය' and 'උසස් පෙළ ගුත්තිල කාව්‍ය සංග්‍රහය' - 18th July

The launch of ‘ගුත්තිල කාව්‍යය‘ and ‘උසස් පෙළ ගුත්තිල කාව්‍ය සංග්‍රහය‘ , edited by Prof. Ven. Agalakada Sirisumana Thero,- Department of Sinhala, was held on 18th July 2017, at 2.00 pm in the Dr. Lionel Edirisinghe Auditorium (06th floor), Faculty of Music, University of Visual & Performing Arts. These books are published the M. D. Gunasena Co. Ltd.

This ceremony was chaired by Prof. Ven. Induragare Dhammarathana Thero – Department of Sanskrit, University of Kelaniya. The guest lectures were delivered by Prof. Kolitha Bhanu Dissanayake – Dean, Faculty of Music, University of Visual & Performing Arts and Prof. E. A. Wickramasinghe – Dean, Faculty of Language Studies, Buddhist and Pali University. This occasion will be graced by the Senior Professor Lakshman Dissanayake – Vice Chancellor, University of Colombo, Prof. Ariyaratne Kaluarachchi – Vice Chancellor, University of Visual & Performing Arts and Prof. Athula Ranasinghe – Dean, Faculty of Arts, University of Colombo.
