Workshop on Democracy, Citizenship and Justice
The Department of Political Science and Public Policy of the University of Colombo, in collaboration with the Social Scientists’ Association conducted a one-day Workshop on Democracy, Citizenship, and Justice on 17th February 2017 at the Auditorium of the Women’s Education and Research Centre in Colombo 06.
It was designed to provide exposure to young lecturers in the Social Sciences, theories as well as current debates on the above themes. Lectures were conducted in an interactive manner by senior scholars who have published widely on the themes chosen.
