Passing away of Senior Professor Nimal Attanayake
Senior Professor Nimal Attanayake, Professor of Economics, former Head of the Department of Economics, passed away on 27th April 2017.
The remains of the late professor, was brought to the University of Colombo (New Arts Theatre (NAT)) on 28th April, 2017 (Friday) at 10.00 a.m. . The cremation took place at Borella cemetery at 10.00 a.m. on 29th April 2017.
