Vice Chancellor’s visit to the Faculty of Arts – 27th June
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Colombo, Senior Professor H.D. Karunaratne visited the Faculty of Arts premises on 27th June, 2022. The Vice Chancellor was welcomed by Senior Professor Lasantha Manawadu, the Dean of the Faculty. At this meeting, the vice Chancellor was briefed about different aspects of the faculty including the undergraduate teaching, academic and non-academic community, function of the faculty, examination matters, staff concerns, future plans and challenges. The heads and coordinators of the departments, units and institutes and other directors of the faculty joined this visit and the discussion.
